Hi dgel27,
I am still working on a reliable PTP config for the CRS326-24S+2Q+. I have a working config that runs well with some RU's, even in a 100Mhz 4x2 config but some other RUs don't work well and as soon as CU-plane starts they report PTP outliers, etc. Unfortunately, their PTP parameters, etc are also a black box to us. I am on firmware 7.14.3 of the switch right now.
I am reviewing my current configuration and what you describe here and I am not sure I already have the same. Here is what my current understanding is and what I did:
* I have a commercial PTP grandmaster on sfp-port24 that is configured in the g8275.1 profile and syncs well
* I have removed port24 from the default bridge and still see the PTP client in the Mikrotik syncing fine
What I did not quite understand is your statement about the bridge. Did you create a second, dedicated bridge just for PTP?
Thanks
Andre
