Wireless Networking • The user create his own username and password on Hotspot WIFI is possible?

Hello guys!!! Its possible to the user, on the login page after connected on WIFI Hotspot, create his own username and password, them that data goes to Mikrotik user on hotspot, and I just activate, its possible to do that, and if its possible, how, any tips?
