1 - Disabled detect-internet feature
2 - Removed netmask
3 - My ISP provides an static IPv4 entangled with my PPPoE user that sents IPv6 over it too (tried to disable it but didn't work either)
4 - I'll probably try to reset it in a free day since some clients need the meetings to be run over Teams (i'm just routing my phone mobile network when is "needed")

Thank you very much for the answer, sadly it didn't work, but i'll just reset it and reconfigure it, since i was trying a "billion" firewall rules something is probably f****ing up the connection with it
1. Set this to none, as its been known to cause issues.
/interface detect-internet
set detect-interface-list=none

2. Not sure why but on my devices netmask is not shown on the export so if you entered /24 manually on the bridge IP address ensure you remove it.
/ip dhcp-server network
add address=172.16.43.0/24 comment=defconf dns-server=172.16.43.2 gateway=172.16.43.2 netmask=24

3. Is your device have its connection via IPV6??

4. There is no special requirements for Teams to work on a device behind the router.
I would recommend you get rid of all the bloatware firewall rules and set it back to defaults and then add traffic needed and a few other modifications.
