Hello to everyone looking in this thread. I've made up my mind. It seems that Mikrotik is not for me. I have no luck with it. Every 4-5 years I buy one of the top-end devices, and unfortunately I get problems all the time. Even with the stock settings, it doesn't work as expected
I'll add a little bit here for history, in case anyone is interested in what else I've tried.![Image]()
That's where I leave my attempts to do something
I'm out of ideas. I am truly disappointed and saddened to return to a device of another brand - much less flexible, but more stable. Perhaps, if I am alive, I will try to make friends with Mikrotik again in about 5 years.
Peace and good luck to all! Greetings from Ukraine!

I'll add a little bit here for history, in case anyone is interested in what else I've tried.
- I measured the power supply with an oscilloscope and saw that it is not perfect. I tried connecting a linear stabilized power supply with minimal noise. That didn't help.
- I rolled back to version 7.16.2. Performed a full reset to default settings. Did absolutely nothing additional. The problem persisted.
- Tried to turn on without any cables connected (only wi-fi). In this case everything works, no problem. As, in general, there is no use of such a configuration.
- I tried to build a minimal system of two Mikrotik devices connected by a cable (on the photo). The problem remains.
- I tried replacing the cable, tried using a different port as wan. Nothing helped
