How are you having users connect to the device on vlan10?
Direct LANIP address or some sort of DYNDNS name/url?
ISSUES:
1. VLAN100 makes no sense
2. Only two of the vlans have full networks, not sure what your expectations are for vlans 88 and 100 (where are they coming from and going to)
3. Your ether1 is completely hosed.
YOu stated you had an unmanaged switch on ether1 but you
send untagged traffic from vlan10 to it.
