Beginner Basics • Open vpn connection Error

Hello there,
I had tried to set up ovpn in my mikrotik but i am getting below mentioned error could you please suggest me what can be done as i am new to mikrotik and would really appreciate your help.
i tried to research it in other platform some said i need to decrypt the key but i had no idea how could that be done.
