Beginner Basics • Run VPN for specific application

Hi! I'm trying to figure out how should I approach this in my Mikrotik Hex GR3.

I do own an internet cafe and currently the specific Game/Application doesn't run without a VPN connection.

I have run a NordVPN with IPSEC before but that is for all the PC connected to that network.

So what I would like to do is have my NordVPN enabled when the specific Game/Application is running.
