Beginner Basics • Foscam FI9900P not working via LAN

I have a Foscam IP camera, it's working with my old TP-Link 1043 router. I bought Microtik L009UIGS, but cannot connect via ethernet. In Interfaces is No Link, sometimes for 1 sec trying to make a connect, but not successfully. I tired 100M full, 10M Full but nothing changed. In wifi mode working the camera fine, and when i put back the TPlink, comes DHCP, and working fine.

Any suggestion? Thanks a lot!
