Hello all,
I've got a wireless wire set to supply a house nearby with a 1gbit connection.
The sender unit will be placed atop my garage and aimed at the house where the recieving unit is located on the roof.
The distance between the units is around 45 meters, well within the parameters of the wireless wire I think. Below a picture of the link:

The sending unit is placed at a height of 3 meters on a pole, the recieving unit about 9 meter height also on a pole. According to the mikrotik link calculator the link is not possible but i think thats a problem of incorrect data about the heights.
This is my first time aiming a wireless link so i have no experience setting things up.
Does anybody have any tips on how to properly align the units? Im planning on placeing both units on satalite tv dish mounts for flat surfaces.
Kind regards.
