I'm new to both Mikrotik and Linux.
I installed it on an Ubuntu server, on which I decided to install Pihole.
Pihole does not distribute addresses via dhcp, Mikrotik does this.
Pihole is installed in Docker, systemd-resolved is disabled.
The problem is this. While the router is running, the connection to the server is also working - all connections are displayed in the pihole interface, the system is updated, etc., but as soon as the router is rebooted, the connection with the server disappears and no link appears in the server interface. To restore the connection you need to restart the server.
On a new system with the standard resolver systemd-resolved, everything works, there are no problems with communication.
What can be wrong?
