I'm pretty sure its not their site as when I put a TP-Link router with basic configuration and setup the same pppoe for the IP address it works just fine when i connect via ethernet or wireless. there is security where they send to AOL an authentication number when you log in and if you don't have that you will get the same error code. But as I stated above, when I connect with generic router it works fine or when I connect to the wireless, it works, just not ethernet. I use to work fine until the later part of last year, mid November I believe if that helps any. Perhaps automatic system update? thanks for the reply!
