RouterOS has much better access/management security. SwOS only supports HTTP with basic digest authentication, no TLS to protect data in transit, also no logging and configuration files contain admin password in plaintext.
IIRC the only SwOS feature which can't be replicated in RouterOS is the port lock 'Lock on First' functionality.
