1. Upload the previous ROS version in Files, using WinBox.

2. Then, go to System\Packages and click on downgrade.

3. After reboot, go to System\Routerboard and click on Upgrade.

4. Reboot one last time.

If you still have issues after this, you will have to use Netinstall to reinstall the OS :
