MikroTik hardware questions • SMD repair part needed DynaDish G 5HacD

Hi, I have two DynaDish G 5HacD with power supply flashing, a shorticut in the power line of the board, I find this IC (I think a voltage regulator for multiple outputs voltages) that it´s in short... It´s marked in the board as U100

Any knows where I can buy it or where is the commercial reference?

In the body say something like "6b ti 5460" or "6b t1 5460"
