Hello!
I have been using a VLAN on my Mikrotik in order to receive IPTV services for my provider.
It has been working for two years without any issues.
However, for the past couple of weeks, the IPTV signal has been cutting out and does not recover until I restart the router.
In the log, I see the following message:
igmp-proxy, error Leave multicast group failed on vlan2-iptv group=224.0.0.2:
igmp-proxy, error Address not available
When this happens, the router loses the IPTV VLAN, and I have to restart it.
Has this happened to anyone else, or do you know where to look for a solution?
Most importantly, the issue is intermittent. It happens two or three times a day… and not always at the same times. Sometimes even during the night…
Details:
Router: MikroTik hAP ax3
RouterOS: 7.17.2 (latest version)
admin@MikroTik] > / routing igmp-proxy interface print detail
Flags: X - disabled, I - inactive, D - dynamic; U - upstream
0 U interface=vlan2-iptv threshold=0 alternative-subnets=0.0.0.0/0 upstream=yes
1 interface=bridge threshold=1 alternative-subnets="" upstream=no
[admin@MikroTik] > /interface vlan print where name="vlan2-iptv"
Flags: R - RUNNING Columns: NAME, MTU, ARP, VLAN-ID, INTERFACE
# NAME MTU ARP VLAN-ID INTERFACE
0 R vlan2-iptv 1500 enabled 2 ether1
Could someone give me a hint about what might be happening (or what this error mean)?
Thank you
