Just a short update after a while.
I have upgraded my both cAP ac to routeos 7.17 and switched to wifi-qcom-ac 7.17 as a result I have stable 280Mb/s throughput which is 25% more than the best I could get using legacy drivers (@peak performance) but it is really stable.
