Beginner Basics • Microtik RB750gr3 and VPN without public IP address

I have an unused microtik RB750gr3 at home. Unfortunately, at home I do not have a public IP and I need to get into my home network. Is it possible to do this through a microtik RB750gr3 VPN? This microtik RB750gr3 I would connect to my home router where I have DHCP.
