SwOS • Trying to use LACP

I'm new to posting here so bare with me. I'm not sure if fred974 still needs this info but I was tinkering with my homelab setup and was trying a similar scenario.

I have a pfsense firewall handling several vlans and dhcp. All VLANs are passed to a MikroTik CRS326-24S+2Q+RM (my core switch) via a 40Gb port and from there to a CRS328-24P-4S+RM (POE switch) via a 10Gb port (both switches are running SWOS 2.17). Recently I was trying to use LACP to get a 20Gb link to the core switch and I got it to work.

On the core switch, I went to the LAG tab and set the mode of what would be my current trunk port to the POE switch as active and saved the change. A MAC address showed up.
I set the mode of the next port to active and saved the changes. The same MAC address showed up for that port as well.

No changes were required on the POE switch (by default they were at passive) and recognized the link.
