I have an problem with WinBox. When I use the "System / Reboot" command from the GUI, I am prompted to confirm, and I select Yes, however after the Winbox window automatically closes, I log back into the device and I see that it has not rebooted. The only way I can reboot a device using WinBox is to run the /system reboot command from a terminal window. I can reproduce this problem to show evidence it is occurring. Please advise how I can get this resolved through official support. Thank You
